HPLC法测定烟草肥料中己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯柠檬酸盐

Detection of DA-6 in Tobacco Fertilizer with High Performance Liquid Chromatgrophy

用高效液相色谱法测定烟草肥料中己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯柠檬酸盐值（DA-6）含量。先用超纯水将样品溶解后，在AQ-C18（150mm×4．6mmID，5vm）色谱柱上以pH值3．0的磷酸缓冲液为流动相，以0．8ml／min的流量洗脱，用二极管阵列检测器在紫外205nm对DA-6进行检测。结果表明，DA-6在0．002-0．200mg/ml呈良好线性，相关系数R^2=0．998。

An analytical method for the determination of DA-6 with High Performance Liquid Chromatgrophy was developed.DA-6 was isolated from sample by pure water.The chromatgrophic separation was carried on with an AQ-C18（150 mm× 4.6 nan I D ,5 μm）column,developed with pure water conmining phosphoric acid（pH 3.0） at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and monitored with a PDA detector at UV205nm. The method was linear over the concentration range of 0.002 -0.200 mg/ml.
