摘要 [目的]为充分利用糯稻89-1进行水稻耐冷性育种。[方法]以明恢63为对照,研究优异耐冷稻种资源糯稻89-1发芽期、芽期和幼苗期的耐冷性。[结果]0℃时明恢63的发芽率为15%,糯稻89-1发芽率为79.5%。糯稻89-1和明恢63的发芽指数随温度降低而减小,50、℃时,对照发芽指数分别为19.0和3.8,糯稻89-1的分别为56.9和41.2。芽期时,糯稻89-1所有幼芽均长出绿苗,叶色青绿,耐冷性达1级,对照幼芽死苗率在50%以上,耐冷性为7级。幼苗期时,糯稻89-1秧苗叶片枯萎,但全部呈绿色,耐冷性达1级,对照秧苗的叶片黄化率在50%以上,耐冷性为5级。[结论]糯稻89-1发芽期、芽期和幼苗期的耐冷性都优于对照,具有很强的耐低温能力,发芽率和发芽指数降低的幅度小,芽期和幼苗期的耐冷性均达到1级标准。 [Objective] The research aimed to make flail use of glutinous rice 89-1 in the cold-tolerance breeding of rice. [Methodl With Minghui 63 as CK, the cold tolerance of the excellent cold-tolerant rice resource glutinous rice 89-1 in germination period, bud period and seedling period were studied. [Result] At the temperature of 0 ℃, the germination rate of Minghui 63 was 15% and that of glutinous rice 89-1 was 79.5%. The germination index of glutinous rice 89-1 and Minghui 63 were decreased with the fall of the temperature. When the temperatures were 5 and 0℃, the germination indexes of CK were 19.0 and 3.8, that of glutinous rice 89-1 were 56.9 and 41.2. All young buds of glutinous rice 89-1 were grown into green seedlings with turquoise leaves and the cold tolerance reached the 1st class. The dead seedling rate of young buds in CK was more than 50% and the cold tolerance reached the 7th class. The seedling leaves of glutinous rice 89-1 were withered, but they all presented green and the cold tolerance reached the 1st class. The etiolation rate of the seedling leaves in CK was more than 50% and the cold tolerance reached the 5th class. [ Conclusion] The cold tolerance of glutinous rice in bud period, germination period and seedling period were all better than that of CK and had strong tolerance to low temperature, its decreased degree of the germination rate and the germination index were little and the cold-tolerance both in bud period and seedling period reached the first class standard.
