摘要
[目的]为进一步探讨三唑酮应用的广泛性及其作用机理提供基础资料。[方法]研究了不同浓度(01、0、203、04、0 mg/L)三唑酮浸种对豇豆幼苗的苗质,叶绿体色素、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。[结果]102、03、04、0 mg/L三唑酮浸种后,豇豆幼苗的株高受到明显抑制,根冠比显著增加,根长有不同程度的降低。除10 mg/L外,经其余浓度三唑酮浸种的豇豆幼苗的叶面积均显著降低,而叶绿素含量均有所提高(以30 mg/L的浸种效果最好)。豇豆幼苗的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量均随三唑酮浸种浓度的升高而增加,30 mg/L达到最大值。[结论]三唑酮溶液浸种对豇豆幼苗的生长发育有较好的促进作用,其最佳浓度为30 mg/L。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the basic data for discussing the application universality of triadimefon and its effect mechanism further. [Method] The effects of seed-soaking with different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40 mg/L)of triadimefon on the seedling quality, the contents of chloroplast pigment, proline and soluble protein in Vigna unguiculata seedlings were studied. [Result] After soaking seeds with 10, 20, 30, 40 mg/L of triadimefon, the plant height of V. unguiculata seedlings was obviously restrained, the ration of root to shoot was significantly increased and the root length was decreased to different extent. Except 10 mg/L, the leaf area of V. unguiculata seedlings after seed-soaking with other concentrations of triadimefon was significantly decreased and the chlorophyll content was increased with the seed-soaking effect of 30 mg/L being best. The contents of proline and soluble protein in V. unguiculata seedlings Were both increased with the rise of the seed-soaking concentration of triadimefon, with the concentration of 30 mg/L reaching the maximum. [ Conclusion] Soaking seeds with triadimefon solution had better promotion effect on the growth and development of V. unguiculata seedlings with the optimum concentration of 30 mg/L.
