摘要
[目的]研究氟对体外小肠上皮细胞的影响。[方法]以小肠上皮细胞为研究对象,对猪小肠上皮细胞进行分离后,添加2.5、5.0、10.02、0.0μg/ml的氟进行培养,测定小肠上皮细胞的增殖率和碱性磷酸酶的活性。[结果]当氟添加量<10.0μg/ml时,细胞的增殖、碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组之间无显著差异;而高氟组(20.0μg/ml)小肠上皮细胞的增殖、碱性磷酸酶活性则受到显著抑制,并且小肠上皮细胞的形态由多角形变为圆形,细胞核溶解,大部分细胞死亡。[结论]该研究为进一步研究氟对体外小肠上皮细胞的危害机理奠定了基础。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to study the effects of fluorine on small intestine epithelial cells in vitro. [Method] With small intestine epithelial cells as researoh Objects, porcine small intestine epithelial cells were separated and cultured after adding fluorine at 2.5,5.0,10.0,20.0 g/ml. The proliferation rate of small intestine epithelial cells and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were determined. [ Result] When the additive amount of fluorine was less than 10.0μg/ml, the cell proliferation and the activity of AKP had no significant difference from control group. While in the group of hi,a-concentration fluorine (20.0 g/ml), both the proliferation of small intestine epithelial cells and the activity of AKP were significantly inhibited. The morphology of small intestine epithelial cells changed from polygon to round shape, cell nucleus were dissolved and most cells died. [ Conclusion] This research laid the foundation for further research on the harm mechanism of fluorine on small intestine epithelial cells in vitro.
