摘要
[目的]研究当归根分泌物的自毒作用。[方法]用水培法收集当归植株的根系分泌物,对当归、小麦、油菜和燕麦种子进行种子萌发和幼苗生长实验。[结果]浓缩系数为2和8的当归根分泌物收集液对当归幼苗的根长有极显著的抑制作用;浓缩系数为2和4的当归根分泌物收集液对苗高和苗干重有显著的促进作用。[结论]通过综合化感效应的对比,当归根分泌物未显示出明显的自毒作用,这或许与当归植株内所含的自毒物质的释放途径和作用方式有关。
The autointoxication of Angelica sinensis was studied throught the experiment in seed germination and seedling growth of Angelica sinensis, Triticum aestivum, Brassica napus and Arena sativa with the root exudates from Angelica sinensis in water-culture.The results indicated that autointoxication of Angelica sinensis root exudates for 2 and 8 times-concentrated on Angelica sinensis root length showed very significant inhibition; the autointoxication of Angelica sinensis root exudates for 2 and 4 times-concentrated on Angelica sinensis seedling height and seedling dry weight showed significant promotion. From the comparison of allelopathic potentials and RI value of different plant, it can be seen that the Angelica sinensis root exudates did not show the obvious autointoxication, and it had relation with the releasing mode and act way.
