摘要 [目的]研究植物生长调节剂对不同叶位桑叶品质的影响。[方法]用200 mg/L天丰素和缩节胺处理桑树选792,测定不同叶位桑叶可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脂类的含量。[结果]200 mg/L天丰素处理的桑叶可溶性糖含量以第4叶位最高,其次是第1叶位;200 mg/L缩节胺处理的桑叶可溶性糖含量以第11叶位最高,第1叶位最低。天丰素处理的第1叶位可溶性蛋白质含量明显高于其他处理,第8叶位最低;缩节胺处理不同叶位的蛋白含量均保持较高的含量。天丰素处理桑叶的脂类含量以第8叶位最多,随着叶位的递增,脂类含量均显著减少;缩节胺处理桑叶的脂类含量第11叶位最高,高出含量最低的第1叶位11 mg/g。[结论]天丰素对中下部偏老桑叶的品质有较大改善;缩节胺较大提高了上部偏嫩桑叶的可溶性糖分和脂类含量,而对下部偏老叶片的可溶性糖分和脂类含量有所抑制。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to study the influences of plant growth regulators on the mulberry leaf quality on different leaf positions. [Method] Mulberry tree xuan 792 was treated with 200 mg/L brassinolide and DPC, the soluble protein, soluble sugar and lipids contents in mulberry leaves on different leaf positions were determined. [ Result] The soluble sugar content in mulberry leaves in the treatment with 200 mg/L brassinolide was highest on the 4th leaf position, secondary on the 1st leaf position. The soluble sugar content in mulberry leaves in the treatment with 200 mg/L DPC was highest on the llth leaf position and lowest on the 1st leaf position. The soluble protein content on the 1st leaf position in the treatment with brassinolide was obviously higher than that in the other treatments and lowest on the 8th leaf position. The protein was kept at higher content on different leaf positions in the treatment with DPC. The lipids content in mulberry leaves in the treatment with brassinolide was highest on the 8th leaf position, and reduced significantly along with the progressive increase of leaf position. The lipids content in mulberry leaves in the treatment with DPC was highest on the llth leaf position, being 11 mg/g higher than the lowest content on the 1st leaf position. [Conclusion] Brassinolide had bigger improvement on the quality of older mulberry leaves on the middle and below position. DPC enhanced soluble sugar and lipids contents in the tender mulberry leaves on the top, but restrained that in the older leaves on the below position.
