西南民族地区休闲农业可持续发展探析

Research on the Exploitation of the Tourism Agricultural Resource in the Westsouthern Minority Area

在分析西南民族地区农业发展现状、休闲农业发展面临的机遇及休闲农业资源禀赋的基础上,提出西南民族地区休闲农业可持续发展的对策:各级政府给予休闲农业长期政策支持;强调休闲农业可持续发展四维目标模式;根据特色农业分布特点,优先发展交通便利的休闲农业带;彰显西南民族特色,突出农业文化产业内涵;针对城镇居民,开发多种休闲农业旅游项目;一、三产业优势互补,发挥农民积极作用。

Agro tourism is a kind of new industry, which is of great prospect. On the base of analysis of the present status, the possible opportunity and tourism resources in the westsouthem minority area,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper,which included long-term policy support, paying attention to Tetra-dimensional targeting system of Agro tourism; developing Agro tourism areas which were well suited to the characteristic of special agriculture location; giving prominence to westsouthern minority characteristics and agricultural culture industry; developing the kinds of Agro tourism items to meet urban citizens＇ needs;making good use of preponderance of the first and the third industry;and exerting peasant enthusiasm.
