泛素-蛋白酶体途径、代谢异常与2型糖尿病及其血管并发症 被引量:2

摘要 泛素蛋白酶体途径是依赖ATP胞浆内非溶酶体高度选择性蛋白质降解的主要途径。它涉及DNA的修复、蛋白折叠的质量控制、细胞周期的调控、凋亡、增殖、炎症、信号传导及转录活性的调节等。其成分的改变将引起蛋白降解异常,导致细胞功能紊乱。现已证明,2型糖尿病及其并发症与泛素蛋白酶体系统成分的缺陷或功能异常有关。
