摘要
将符号分析方法和模型技术应用于模拟电路的故障诊断,在综合考虑电路元件容差和故障模糊性的基础上提出了一种新的模拟电路故障诊断方法,并设计了一种自动故障诊断系统来实现该方法。基于符号分析和模型技术,以被测电路的传输函数作为故障诊断方程,通过给可及节点施加特定频率的激励,测量电路的增益和相位响应来实现故障的检测和定位。故障诊断实例和计算机模拟结果表明所提方法是可行的。
Symbolic analysis approach and model-based technique are applied to fault diagnosis of analog circuits. A new approach to fault diagnosis of analog circuits is proposed based on the consideration of circuit-tolerance and fault ambiguity simultaneously. Furthermore, a fully automatic test system is designed in order to implement the proposed method. In this method, the network transfer functions of the circuit under test represent fault diagnosis equations with a symbolic analysis and model-based technique. Fault detection and locality are achieved by measuring the gain and phase response at an accessible node of the circuit when a stimulus with a particular test frequency is applied at its input. Both extensive computer simulation and practical examples show that the proposed approach is feasible.
