摘要 PSM控制方法是通过多组PWM脉冲信号按一定的控制时序步进控制众多串联的直流斩波器循环工作,并调制它们的输出电压脉冲宽度来实现总输出电压的调整。基于PSM技术和开关器件的高压脉冲直流电源系统构成简单,操作简洁,能够实现输出高功率,且具有系统输出级储能小,关断时间短,维护方便等特点。本文通过6开关模块PSM电源的仿真和实验,实现了PSM控制模式和高功率的输出,为进一步开发中国环流器2号A装置(HL—2A)60kV/1MW/3s二级加热高压脉冲电源提供了坚实的基础。 Pulse step modulation (PSM) technology is a method of controlling the total output voltage of many identical DC choppers connected in series by means of managing them to work step by step and modulating their pulse widths in a certain sequence, High voltage power supply based on PSM technology and fast switch elements has many features, such as simple structure, high output power, high stability, high power factor and high redundancy, short turn-on and turn-off time and low stored energy in its output filter. An analogue experiment with six switched power supplies is done, and valuable experience is obtained for making a high voltage and high power pulse PSM power supply of 60kV/10MW/3s auxiliary heating system of HL-2A.
