摘要
本实验以工业水玻璃和天然胶乳为原料,根据乳液共凝原理,将纳米SiO2乳液与天然胶乳共混制备纳米SiO2/NR复合材料。通过正交实验设计分析制备工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响,得出了纳米SiO2/NR复合材料的最佳制备工艺条件为水玻璃浓度为5%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间I为25 min,反应时间II为45 min。
Took industrial water glass and nature rubber latex as raw materials, by principal of emulsion blending, the SiO2/NR composite material was prepared by nano-silicate and nature rubber by using blending. The effect of preparation technology on character of composite material was studied by orthogonal experiment, the results showed that the best preparation conditions of SiO2/NR composite material were the water glass concentration was 5 %, reaction temperature was 50℃, reaction time Ⅰ was 25 min, reaction time Ⅱwas 45 min.
