倍他乐克及钠催离对高血压患者甲襞微循环的影响 被引量:6

摘要 对比观察倍他乐克和钠催离(吲哒帕胺)对高血压病患者异常甲襞微循环的影响。结果发现:倍他乐克治疗后,除袢周状态积分值降低外,其余各积分值均无显著变化,甲襞微循环血管密度及血流速度也无明显改变。钠催离治疗后,甲襞微循环各项积分值及总积分值均显著降低,血流速度也明显增快。结果表明,倍他乐克与钠催离对高血压病的治疗机制各有不同,而钠催离除拥有一般的疗效外,更有改善高血压病患者甲襞微循环障碍的作用。 The effect of nailfold microcirculation(NFM) on hypertensives with Betaloc and Indapamide were contrasted. The value of each item and the total integral in NFM on the group of hypertensives before treatement are noteably higher, compared with the normal group. After the patients have been treated with Betaloc, there was no evidently change in their value of each item and their total integral. Patients treated with Indapamide, it is evident that their value of each item and their total integral decrease and at the same time the speed of blood circulation increased. By observation, the results showed that there was no striking effect of NFM on hypertensives with Betaloc, while Indapamide improves NFM on the patients. 
