摘要
简要介绍了超临界流体和超临界萃取技术的基本原理。详细地阐述了超临界CO2萃取技术在萃取植物油脂中的研究和应用现状,并展望了超临界萃取技术发展和应用前景。
Supereritical fluids and the basic principle of extraction technology by using supercritical carbon dioxide were introduced in this paper, and the research and applications of supercritical carbon dioxide in the extraction of vegetable oils have been reviewed detailedly. Moreover, the prospects were expected for the progress and application of the extraction with supercritical fluids.
