精神分裂症的抑郁症状分析

Depressive symptoms in schizophrenia

对１２０例精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的分析表明，抑郁症状与ＳＡＰＳ、ＳＡＮＳ、ＢＰＲＳ、ＴＥＳＳ分值呈显著的正相关，与文化程度、住院时间呈负相关，说明抑郁症状在多数患者中系疾病本身症状的组成部分，但也不排除心因性及药源性抑郁的可能性。

Objective:To study depressive symptoms in schizophrenia. Method:120 schizophrenic patients were investigated with HAMD,BPRS,SANS,TESS and Extrapyramidal Side Effects Rating Scale. Results:Depressive symptoms were positively correlated with scores on the SAPS,SANS,BPRS and TESS,but negatively correlated with educational level and duration of hospitalization. Discussion:Previous studies showed that the incidence of depressive symptoms in schizophrenia was about 20-70%.Our study found that depressive symptoms were part of the clinical syndrome of schizophrenia.However,psychological factors and side effects of antipsychotics may also account for depressive symptoms.
