摘要
从加强气膜孔内的换热量和热侧的气膜覆盖两个角度来提高多斜孔壁的冷却效果,数值计算结果表明收缩进气可以提高冷气的速度,强化孔内的对流换热,一般可以使换热量提高0.5倍左右;扩张出气可以使冷气出口的速度降低,气膜覆盖面更广,提高气膜覆盖效果。
In this paper,the numerical simulation was used to study the film cooling effectiveness of plate with multi-inclined jet hole through increasing the heat transfer of wall of hole and enlarging the cooled area of plate in the side of hot gas stream. The computational results show that the cone contractive enirance of the jet hole can efficiently enhance the convection heat transfer of wall of hole and the cone outspread exit of the jet hole can efficiently enlarging the cooled area of plate in the side of hot gas stream. Also,at the condition of the computational models in the paper,the wall heat flux of cone shaped hole approximately increases 50% than one of the round hole.Hence,when the cone contractive entrance and the cone outspread exit are used,the film cooling effectiveness of plate with multi-inclined jet hole is entranced.
