摘要
江铃的分销渠道经过近十年的市场运作,呈现出一些新的问题,如网络布局、渠道管理的组织形式和协调机制不完善以及渠道控制力不强,本文对于如何解决这些问题提出了相应的措施。
JMC' s distribution channel had opperated about ten years, some problem coming forth ,such as : network layout,channel management' s style,coodinated mechamism and channel controlling force are not perfect, therefor this paper ofer cooresponding measure to solve it.
