摘要 采用虚拟现实技术,构建了井下生产的虚拟环境,并以此为背景,对矿山安全培训系统进行模块化的总体规划,设计了采掘VR安全培训的系统框架,介绍了系统开发中所应用的实时3D虚拟场景的生成、虚拟场景内部对象的生成、立体显示与传感等关键技术。最后利用矿山实际数据,运用基于图形与图像的混合建模方法进行场景建模,在此基础上,根据矿山安全培训的特点设计了"虚拟灾害环境"和"问答板"两种安全培训方法,由此使虚拟现实技术在矿山安全培训中的应用又上了一个新台阶。 Virtual reality technology was used to construct a virtual environment of underground production, which was used as the background for the modularized overall planning of mine safety training system. The system framework of virtual reality (VR) technique-generated excavation safety training was designed. The key techniques applied in the system development for generating real-time 3D virtual scenes and interior objects in the virtual scene, stereoscopic display and sensing are described. Scene modeling was made by graph-picture mixing method and using mine real data. Based on this, two safety training methods “virtual disaster environment” and “question and answer board” were designed according to the characteristics of mine safety training. The application of virtual reality technology in mine safety training has therefore stepped on a new stage.
