摘要
基于微小/微通道内的流动特性,概述了目前国内外关于微小/微换热器中采用不同管道截面类型(圆形,矩形,梯形等)时的单相流流动特性的实验研究进展,总结了微小/微通道内的流体流动规律,指出影响其流动特性的主要因素是粗糙度,层流向湍流的转折提前以及实验数据处理方式,并给出了下一步的工作建议。
Based on the flow characters of mini/micro - channels, this paper presents the recent development of the flow characteristics of mini/micro - channels with different cross section, summarizes the flow characteristics. A comparison of the experimental results quoted in the open literatures is made, which reveals that in many cases the experimental data of the friction factor and the Nusseh number in microchannels disagree with the conventional theory and appear to be inconsistent with each another. Various reasons have been discussed to explain these differences, for example, surface roughness, laminar- to - turbulent transition and the data reduction. Finally the research work for the future is proposed.
