摘要
采用多烯化合物作为共接枝单体来抑制聚丙烯熔融接枝马来酸酐过程中的降解。结果表明。通过多烯类化合物稳定聚丙烯大分子自由基以及偶合扩链的双重作用可以有效减轻聚丙烯在接枝过程中的降解,马来酸酐接枝率也得到明显提高,其中以二乙烯基苯效果最为显著,当在100gPP中二乙烯基苯用量为0.005~0.007 mol时,熔融接枝具有最佳的综合效果。
Multi-vinyl compounds were used as comonomers to participate in the melt grafting process of maleic anhydride onto PP, in order to suppress degradation of PP. The results show that multi-vinyl compound can effectively inhibit the degradation of PP and promote grafting ratio, through stabilizing PP macromolecular radicals and inducing chain extensions by coupling of chain radicals. Divinyl benzene (DVB) shows the best effect. A good melt grafting result is achieved when the content of DVB in 100 g PP is between 0. 005 mol to 0. 007 mol.
