摘要
介绍了应用Pro/Engineor(Pro/E)软件进行注塑模具设计以及在Master计算机辅助制造(CAM)软件平台下的CAM实现。通过实例,对塑件各成型方案的优缺点进行了深入的分析,阐述了Pro/Moldesign的模具设计流程。并运用Master CAM对该结构件侧型腔模进行了加工刀路设计,模拟其加工过程。
Both the injection mould design by Pro/E software and the realization ot CAM based on MasterCAM are introduced. The advantages and defectes of moulding plans are deeply analyzed, and mould design process of Pro/Moldesign is stated by example. Feed route of side cavity in processing is designed based on MasterCAM, and its manufacture process is simulated.
