EG对ABS阻燃性的影响

摘要 采用不同粒径可膨胀石墨(EG)阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS).用锥形量热仪测定了ABS复合材料的热释放速率、质量损失速率、生烟速率、有效燃烧热、点燃时间等阻燃参数以及极限氧指数,并对其阻燃机理进行了分析。结果表明:EG的粒径越大,ABS复合材料的阻燃性能越好;EG阻燃ABS复合材料是典型的凝聚相阻燃机理。 ABS was flame-retarded with different particle size of EG. A number of combustion parameters, including heat release rate, mass loss rate, effective heat combustion, specific extinction area and the time of ignition, as well as limiting oxygen index were measured by using cone calorimeter, and the mechanism of flame retardant was analyzed. The results show that the bigger particle size of EG, the better flame retardant performance; the mechanism of EG flame retardant ABS composites is typical condensed phase flame retardance.
