摘要
目的:研究微侵袭立体定向手术及手术计划系统在神经外科的应用。方法:总结分析国内外立体定向技术在神经外科的应用及进展。结果:立体定向已形成一门独立学科,它利用三维坐标原理,在神经影像学技术的导向下,准确定位,做到解剖进入,解剖复位。在切除病变的同时,最大限度地保护正常解剖和神经功能。结论:立体定向技术是神经外科疾病诊断和治疗的新方法,它和显微外科技术、介入手术技术构成了神经外科疾病诊断和治疗的三大手段,是神经外科医师必须掌握的一门手术技巧。
Objective:To study the clinical application of micro invasion stereotactic operation plan system in neurosurgery. Methods: To summarize and analyze the application and development of stereotactic operation in neurosurgery. Results:The stereotactic operation has developed as a independent subject. It is based on the principle of three dimensions, guided by the technology of neuroimaging, locate accurately, excising the pathological changes, while the normal tissues are utmost protected. Conclusion: The stereotactic operation is a new method of diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgery, with the microsurgical technique and the intervention surgical technique, they have formed into the three methods of neurosurgery. It is a surgical skill that the neurosurgeon should be mastered.
