摘要 本文利用数值方法模拟了新型高效水套炉火筒内天然气燃烧过程,分析了火筒内温度场的分布规律和火筒内外壁温度的变化情况,以及火筒负荷特性随燃料用量的变化规律.分析表明,新型高效水套炉设计过程中可以适当增加火筒段的热负荷强度,以减小金属耗量,但火筒热负荷强度不宜超过96 kW/m2;燃烧火焰主要集中在火筒中后部,火筒壳体烟气出口周围温度相对较高,属于压力薄弱环节容易烧穿,应采取加固措施. A numerical method based on FLUENT was used to simulate natural gas combustion behavior inside a water jacket heater and heat transfer of the firebox wall. The characteristics of natural gas combustion, temperature distribution and heat load variation with flow rate of fuel were discussed. The result shows that the increase of heat load, less than 96 kW/m^2, in the firebox section is justified to reduce the metal consumption. The high temperature areas are located at the outlet of the firebox, the temperature and pressure near the outlet is high. The protection measures should be taken to avoid destruction.
