整装式含能液体燃烧推进实验研究及数值模拟 被引量:11

EXPERIMENT AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF COMBUSTION AND PROPULSION OF BULK-LOADED ENERGETIC LIQUID

摘要 设计了小口径整装式液体发射药燃烧推进模拟装置,采用多级渐扩型燃烧室,研究了整装式液体发射药燃烧稳定性控制问题。研究结果表明:四级渐扩型燃烧室p-t曲线的一致性较好,燃烧过程稳定。在实验基础上建立了整装式液体发射药燃烧推进的内弹道简化模型,数值模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好. The small caliber combustion and propulsion device of bulk-loaded liquid propellant was designed. Using stepped-wall chamber, the problem of combustion stability of bulk liquid propellant has been studied. The results show that the consistency of p- t curves and the stability of combustion are better by means of 3-step-chamber. Based on above experiments, a simplified mathematic model of interior ballistic of bulk-loaded liquid propellant gun has been developed. The numerical simulation is well matched with the experimental results.
