多针电极双极电晕放电电极间距优化 被引量:10

Optimization of Space Between Electrodes of Multi-needles Bipolar Corona Discharge

摘要 为了得到提高放电功率密度的有效方法,通过实验研究确定了多针电极双极电晕放电方式的优化电极参数。对不同相邻针尖间距s和电极间距d下电晕放电实验中s和d与放电功率密度P关系的分析结果表明,放电功率密度随s的增大总体呈下降趋势,但在12~22mm区间变化不大。兼顾放电稳定性和放电功率密度可优化s为16mm。放电功率密度随d下降,在d约为32mm时,放电具有最大可注入功率密度。 A novel bipolar corona discharge of multi-needle-to-multi-needle electrodes is proposed. In order to obtain an effective method and to improve discharge energy density in this discharge mode, the discharge experiments with different spaces between adjacent needle points s, different spaces between electrode d were conducted, and the effects of space (both s and d) on the discharge energy density and stability were also analyzed. The results show that the discharge energy density undergoes a downward trend as s increases; but it varies little when s is in the range of 12 mm to 22 mm. Taking discharge stability into account, the optimized value of s is supposed to be 16 mm. At the same time, the discharge energy density decreases as d increases; the allowable discharge energy density reaches its maximum when the space is about 32 mm. In addition, the effects of needlepoint radius on discharge energy density were also analyzed. Generally, the discharge energy density increases obviously as needlepoint radius descends but it hardly changes while the needlepoint radius is smaller than 0. 1 mm. In order to maintain the dis charge stability the selective needlepoint radius is set at 0. 1 mm. Compared with multi-needle-to-plate corona discharge mode, the multi-needle-to-multi needle electrode has its advantages. First, it has bigger allowable energy density. Second, the discharge current is twice greater than the discharge current of multi-needle-to-plate corona discharge mode.
