以青藏高原草地优质牧草-短芒披碱草为材料,通过对该植株再生条件的优化,获得了适宜短芒披碱草愈伤组织再生的外植体材料和基本培养基,建立了短芒披碱草愈伤组织再生体系.

High quality pasture Elymus dahuricus from Qinghai-Tibet Platean had been studied to establish regeneration system through optimizing regeneration condition. The moderate explant material and basic culture medium for regeneration had been obtained and regeneration system of Elyrnus dahuricus was established.
