环孢菌素类在肿瘤化疗中的应用
摘要
环孢菌素A是一种免疫抑制剂,近年来发现能增强某些抗癌的敏感性,逆转肿瘤细胞的抗药性。本大综述了环孢菌素A及其衍生物作为化疗增散剂在肿瘤化疗中的应用进展,并简述了其可能的增敏机制。
