电针改善肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗作用及其机制研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究电针改善肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗及其作用机制。方法:将实验大鼠随机分组后建立胰岛素抵抗动物模型,干预后采用高胰岛素正常血糖钳夹试验评价各组胰岛素抵抗情况。结果:针刺4周后Ⅰ组大鼠血浆TG水平明显下降;血浆FFA水平亦有所下降;GIR值介于NC组与F组之间,其与F组GIR值差别有统计学意义。结论:电针治疗具有改善高脂饮食所致肥胖,减轻胰岛素抵抗的作用。其机制很可能与改善肥胖大鼠腹腔脂肪堆积,脂代谢紊乱,降低血浆TG及FFA水平,有密切关系。 Objective: Instdin resistance (IR) is the characteristic pathology of obesity and plays a crucial role in the pathological progression of type n diabetes and atheroselerosis. Here we explore whether the eleetro-aeuptmeture treatment can alleviate IR of obesity rats that were fed with high-fat chew.Materials and methods: Male SD rats were divided into three groups, with each group having 12 rats: F group rats were fed with high fat chew, NC group rais were fed with normal chew, and I group were practiced eleetro-aeupuncture per day of BL20 after 4 weeks of high-fat chew intake and persisted to anther 4 weeks.At 4 week, the euglyeemle hyperinsulinemia clamp study was conducted to evaluate the peripheral glucose infusion rate {GIR) in each group.At 8 week, rat serum was collected to assess TC TG FFA. Celiac fat were evaluated and the ratio of celiae fat to body weight were ealeulated.Resuhs: In F group, the ratio of celiac fat to body weight was higher than NC group ( F vs. NC P = 0. 021) . Through the interference of electro-acupuncture, the ratio of celiac fat to body weight in I group rats was significantly reduced compared with F group (F vs.I P = 0.03) ; The levels of serum TG, TC, and FFA were elevated in F group comparing with NC group ( TG: F group vs. NC group P = 0.000: TC; F group vs. NC group P = 0.000; FFA: F group vs. NC group P = 0.001 ) . In I Group, TG and FFA level were lower than F group ( I group vs. F group P = 0.000; FFA: I group vs. F group P = 0. 056) . The euglyeemie hyperinsulinerala damp study indicated that GIR of F group decreased significantly comparing with NC group (F group vs.NC group P = 0.001 ), but in I group the GIR was increased by interfering with electro-acupuncture (I group vs.F group P = 0.002) .Conclusion: The study indicates that eleetro-aeupuneture of BL20 can decrease celiac fat and improve insulin sensitivity of rats fed with high fat chew. It can also reduce the serum concentration of TG and FFA.
