摘要
目的:通过对藏药镰形棘豆的抗炎镇痛实验研究,探讨该药的药效学作用,为临床提供依据。方法:采用鸡蛋清致炎法、二甲苯致耳肿胀法观察藏药镰形棘豆的抗炎作用;采用扭体法观察藏药镰形棘豆的镇痛作用。结果:镰形棘豆对鸡蛋清所致的大鼠足趾肿胀、对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀均有明显的抑制作用;并能减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论:镰形棘豆具有较好的抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesiea actions of Oxytropis faleate Bunge. Metheds： The anti-inflammatory action was assessed by several tests including xylene-indueed ear edema in mice and albumin-indueed paw edema in rats.The analygesie effect was verified by Hae-indueed writhing response in mice. Results： The oxytropis falcate Bunge significantly improved the ear edema in mice and the paw edema in rats.Tne mice showed less writhes of abdominal cavity. Conclusion： The oxytropis faleate Bunge has anti-inflammatory, analgesic actions.
