The Effect of DS Injection on Platelet Aggregation

目的观察DS注射液对血小板功能的影响。方法于家兔和大鼠静脉注射DS注射液后,分别测定血小板聚集率。结果DS注射液显著抑制ADP、AA、和PAF诱导的离体家兔血小板聚集;显著抑制离体大鼠血小板最大聚集率。结论DS注射液抑制血小板聚集,可能是其治疗脑梗死的机理之一。

Objective： To study the effects of DS injection on platelet aggregation. Methods： Rats and rabbits was gave drug intravenously, platelet aggregation rate was determined. Results： DS injection could obviously inhibit the rate of isolated platelet aggregation induced by ADP, AA and PAF in rabbits, and DS injection also could significantly decrease the maximal rate of platelet aggregation in rats. Conclusion： DS injection can inhibit platelet aggregation, which maybe one of the mechanism of DS injection treating cerebral infarction.
