介绍了近年来的国际国内混凝土技术标准在提高混凝土性能上取得的进展,认为要提高我国混凝土行业的整体水准,关键在于完善混凝土结构的标准规范体系,应该编制比较完整的混凝土性能与技术条件的国家标准,指导混凝土能以具有工程所需的性能作为目标进行生产与施工,推广应用目标混凝土(或性能化混凝土)。
