摘要
通过研究水泥剂量对于不同级配集料以及不同粉煤灰掺量的材料其7d无侧限抗压强度的影响,探讨粉煤灰对水泥"缓冲效应"的作用规律;并在分析水泥稳定粒料强度形成机理的基础上,通过计算粒料单位面积裹附水泥颗粒的增量,进一步揭示了该种"缓冲效应"的作用机理,为水泥粉煤灰稳定粒料的强度标准制定以及配合比设计方法研究提供了理论依据。
The rule of buffering effect of fly ash to cement action is discussed and the influence of dosage of cement on 7d unconfined compressive strength of martial with different graduations and with different dosages of fly ash is also studied.The incremental quantities of cement particle accreting onto unit area of aggregate are calculated in order to open out the mechanics of the buffering effect, based on analyzing the strength mechanics of the cement stabilized aggregate.It provides the theoretical basis to establishing strength standard of and compound proportion designing of the cement-fly ash stabilized aggregate.
