非金属桩及其临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 根管治疗后的牙齿有时仅有少量牙冠组织存在,需要制作桩来支持核及冠修复体。早在1728年,法国牙医Pattchard就开始将金属螺旋桩置于根管内为修复体提供固位。我国自1917年创办牙医学院以来也常规开展桩核临床治疗。由于金属桩具有良好的物理性能,便于铸造和机械加工,易于满足各种不同的临床需要,特别在咬合紧、力大、根管内吸收、根管粗大以及牙体大面积缺损需要用桩来支持的等情况下,
