本文从健全与完善继续医学教育制度是继续医学教育持续发展的前提;规范化管理是继续医学教育持续发展的保证;现代化管理是继续医学教育持续发展的必须趋势等方面进行了阐述。就如何加强制度化、规范化、现代化管理,推动继续医学教育发展进行了实践与探索。

This article exponded the following respect:the premise of continued development is amplifying and perfecting the system of CME;standardization management is the guarantee of continued development in CME;mondernization management is the inexorable trend of continued development in CME. This article also make practice and study about how to strengthen systemization,standardization and mondernization management and push CME forward.
