液固磁稳定床流动特性数值模拟

摘要 磁稳定床因其兼具了固定床和流化床的优点,在石油化工、生物化工和环境工程等领域已显出很大的优越性.磁稳定床由于流动的复杂性,仅依赖试验手段获取的宏观流体力学特性已经不能满足工业放大的需要.本文建立了描述液固两相流磁稳定床的数学模型.通过数值模拟的方法,研究了不同操作条件下液、固相速度分布.模拟结果表明,在不同表观液速下,局部固含率径向分布模拟值与试验值吻合较好. Possessing merits of both the fluidized bed and the fixed bed,the magnetically stabilized bed reactors have found wide application in petrochemical,biochemical and environmental engineering industries,etc. Today,due to the complicacy of magnetically stabilized bed's hydrodynamic behavior, apparent data obtained through experimentation can hardly meet the demand of the industrial development. Therefore, numerical simulation is carried out to study the liquid-solid two phase flow behavior of the liquid-solid magnetically stabilized bed. A mathematical model is built for the study. With the help of numerical simulation, the flow rate distribution of liquid phase as well as of solid phase under different working conditions is studied. A reasonable explanation to the liquid and solid hydrodynamic mechanism is given and the computational results of solid holdup radial distribution well conform to those from the experiments.
