紫罗兰酮的气相色谱-质谱分析法 被引量:1

摘要 采用GC-MS气质联用仪、HP-5MS毛细色谱柱和SIM扫描,对紫罗兰酮进行分析。在选定的气相色谱-质谱条件下紫罗兰酮检出限为0.1μg/g,线性范围为0.5-100μg/g,方法的回收率为89.2%-93.2%,RSD为5.6%-14.1%(n=6)。该方法准确度和灵敏度高,样品用量少,前处理简单,可满足生产企业测定紫罗兰酮含量的要求。 Based on GC/MS Agilent and with HP-SMS capillary column and selective ion measurement method, a new method of determination of Ionone was presented. The detection limit was found to be 0.1 μg/g and linearity was held in the range of 0.5 - 100μg/g. Recovery test was made by the standard addition method and the value of 99.8% is obtained and the RSD ( n = 6 ) obtained was 1.04%. The method has advantages of high precision and sensitivity, little usage of sample amount and simplicity of pretreatment. The method can be used to determine the content of lonone in perfume manufacturers.
