432例肺癌的临床病理分析

Clinical pathological analysis of 432 lung cancer cases.

应用石蜡大、小切片方法，从临床病理特点方面，着重对男、女性肺癌进行对比研究。

432 cases of primary pulmonary cancer were analyzed utilizing large and small section of paraffin embedded tissue. The clinical pathological differences between male and female pulmonary cancers were observed. In the total of 432 cases, the ratio of male vs female was 2 4∶1 Female lung cancers were founded with the histologic features of periphereal adenocarcioma, while male lung cancers with the features of central type of squamous carcinoma.
