摘要
课堂教学质量优劣直接关系到教育教学和人才培养质量,科学有效地开展课堂教学质量评价工作是实现教学质量监控和全面质量管理的重要手段。在教学质量评价过程中,由教学态度、教学方法、教学效果、教学工作量构成指标体系。课堂教学效果指标采用马尔可夫链法;各指标权重应用层次分析法计算,从而考核的全面性、有效性得到增强。
A good class teaching quality directly concerns talent education and cultivation, and scientifically evaluating class - teaching quality is an important means to achieve teaching quality monitoring and full quality supervising. The evaluation procedure is performed in the index system of teaching attitude, teaching approach, teaching effect, and teaching workload, of which the teaching effect is measured by Homogenous Markovian Chain, while the index weight of the others are measured by Analytic Hierarchy Process, which helps to reach a full and effective improvement in the assessment of teaching quality.
