摘要
为了考察水经磁场作用后分子结构的改变及其生物功能,将三蒸水在不同磁场强度下进行磁化,通过电导率的变化来表征水分子结构的改变,并分析了其作用机理.然后将磁化水应用于A549肺癌细胞的体外培养,观察A549肺癌细胞的生长情况,用MTT比色法绘制细胞生长曲线.实验表明,磁场改变了三蒸水的活性,使得磁化水培养的细胞数量明显增加.证明磁场作用可改变水分子簇中的分子个数,从而使水在生物体中的作用发生变化.
In order to investigate the change of water molecular structure and its biological function in the magnetic field, the threefold-distilled water was magnetized under different magnetic intensities. The change of water molecular structure could be observed through the variation of conductivity, and the mechanism was analyzed. A549 lung cancer cell was cultivated by the magnetized water, and the growth curve was drawn by MTT colorimetry. Results indicate that the magnetic field can change the activity of the threefold-distilled water and improve the growth of cell. It is proved that molecular numbers of water cluster can be changed in the magnetic field, and consequently the function of water in the organism.
