香叶基二乙胺水解合成柠檬醛

摘要 制备了V2O5/Al2O3固体酸催化剂,并在酸性介质中研究香叶基二乙胺催化水解合成柠檬醛反应。结果表明:相比于采用V2O5,V2O5/Al2O3催化剂提高了柠檬醛的收率(从45%提高到56%),提高催化剂的回收率与重复利用,同时提出并探讨了烯胺水解机理。 The simple and efficient catalyst of V2O5/Al2O3 was prepared and citral is obtained by geranyldiethylamine hydrolysis over this solid acid catalysts. Comparison with over directly V205, the yield of citral is reliably increased from 45 % (ref.) to 56 %, and this catalyst is not deactivated by recycling use for several times. The mechanism of enamine hydrolysis is proposed to explain geranyldiethylamine hydrolysis process. This reaction process was discussed especially and its evolution was also suggested to use in the future.
