摘要
日益增长的建设规模和工程的复杂性,导致工程风险剧增。而建筑企业作为工程风险的主要承担者,却缺乏风险应对意识和风险管理的知识、能力和经验。一个应用于风险管理的组织学习型模式,有助于建筑企业快速有效地识别和分析风险,制定切实可行、全面系统的风险管理实施方案和风险应对措施。
The increasing scale and complexity of construction projects have resulted in the rapid increase of attendant risks. However, as the main cartier of construction risks, construction enterprises seem to lack awareness in dealing effectively with risks, and the knowledge, capability and experience in risk management. An organizational learning model can be used to assist construction enterprises to identify and analyze risks rapidly and efficiently, and to establish feasible and integrated risk management strategies.
