According to the needs analysis of the unified authority management in portal system on digital campus, this article explores the following problems ： the storage design of portal data, human - computer interaction in authority management, security constraint operation and individualized role interface etc. Using secondary authority management and extending the three -level authority management pattern based on the roles access control theory can settle the problem of access control of the universal resource in portal system.
