摘要
利用果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)为试验材料,探讨了避孕药饲喂果蝇后产生的各种生物学效应.在果蝇培养基中添加不同浓度的(10、20、30、40、50、60、70mg·L-1)避孕药,然后成对放置果蝇.经4代饲养,分别统计分析果蝇后代的数量、性比,测定了幼虫体重.结果发现,不同浓度的避孕药可显著减少果蝇后代的成蝇数目、可产生部分畸形个体、降低成蝇的性比;但对果蝇的幼虫体重影响却不明显.
This paper studies many biologic effects produced by Drosophila melanogaster treated with the prophylactic. The fruit fly raise in the medium contained different concentration prophylactic (10,20,30,40,50,60,70 mg. L^-1). After the fruit fly are raised 4 generations ,we analysed the number of generations and sex ratio and the weight of the fruit fly larva. The results shown that the number of offspring and the sex ratio of the fruit fly are remarkably decreased and a few malformation adult are created in the medium contained different concentration prophylactic. But the treatment does not evidently affect larva weight of the fruit fly.
