摘要
对平均粒度为60μm的Fe-Ni-Cu-C合金粗粉注射成形坯进行了热脱脂,用差热分析仪测定了粘结剂各组元的DTA和TGA曲线,制定了合理有效的热脱脂工艺。结果表明:对于石蜡基多聚合物粘结剂体系,采用分步热脱脂,有利于维持坯体形状;热脱脂的升温速率对脱脂坯质量影响显著。
The thermal debinding was proceeded in the injection molding by using the Fe-Ni-Cu-C alloy coarser powder with the particle size of 60 μm. The DTA ( differential thermal analysis) and the TGA ( thermogravimetric analysis) curves of the binder with its components were measured by means of a differential thermal analyzer. The reasonable thermal debinding process was established. Results show that the stepwise thermal debinding can be adopted for the PW-base polymer binder system. The effect of the temperature rise rate in the thermal debinding on the defect of the debinding parts is obvious.
