香港理工大学“以人为本”教育理念探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对以人为本的教育理念在高职院校的教学和管理实践中并未能得到根本性的落实这一现状,以香港理工大学工业中心为例,从以学生为本和以员工为本两个方面,总结出其成功的经验和做法,指出真正的以学生为本应该体现在将教学的建设、改革与管理的实践围绕着让学生学到有价值的东西,成为社会所需要的人才来进行;真正的以员工为本应该体现在创设条件与氛围,凝聚员工之心,实现个人价值,推进团队发展,从而启发我们以人为本的落实必须认清根本,抓住根本,才有实效。 Beginning with the existing situation of the "Human Oriented" concept being not essentially workable in the teaching & managing practice of China's higher vocational institutions,this paper, taking the Industrial Centre of Hong Kong Polytechnic University with its school-running concept of "two orientations" -" students oriented" & "faculty oriented" as an example, summarizes that the real "students oriented" policy having to be embodied in the perfect practice on teaching construction, reform and administration so as to perform an excellent talent cultivation required by the society,while the real "faculty oriented" policy having to be embodied in the perfect practice of creating an appropriate environment to condense a joint effort of the faculty so as to realize their individual value thus pushing forward the team development of the institutions.
