以MCP为基底的CsI光电阴极的研究 被引量:2

摘要 紫外辐射一般较弱,在大气中传输衰减较厉害,提高光电阴极量子效率是紫外探测技术的关键。通过对不同基底上光电阴极的分析和实验,得出以MCP为基底的光电阴极在发射模式为反射式时,量子效率高﹑制作工艺简单。并确定了CsI光电阴极厚度与MCP的规格参数的关系。 The ultraviolet radiation usually is weak ,and its attenuation of atmospheric transmission is grisliness, so improving the quantum efficiency is the key to the ultraviolet detecting technology ,by means of experiments and analyzing of the photocathode CsI on different substrate ,induced when the photocathode CsI is on MCP substrate and emitting mode is reflection ,the quantum efficiency is higher, the craft of facture is predigested Foremost,ascertained the relationship ofphotocathode CsI' s thickness and MCP specifications parameter.
