On the Harmonious Borderline Between Government and Market and Its Administrative Route

中国社会主义市场经济建设的现实问题,要求对政府与市场关系的分析必须超越传统的二元论视角。从和谐社会视角出发,政府与市场并非总是互相对立或排斥,二者边界划分在遵循"以人为本"的原则下,可以实现动态互补的和谐状态。为此,必须形成以转变政府职能和规范市场规则为核心的治理路径。

The realistic problems of the market economic construction of socialist China entail the surpassing of traditional dualism perspective in terms of analysis of the relationship of government and market. From the perspective of a harmonious society, government and market are not always mutually antagonistic or repellent. Dynamic and complementary state can be achieved in the division of the borderline between the two factors by following the principle of＂people-centeredness＂. Hence, the administrative route is to be formed that is focused on the transformation of government faculties and standardization of market rules.
