Through a discussion of the origin and category of cataloguing business in college and university libraries, an analysis is made of the problems existing in the current cataloguing business contracted by outsiders and countermeasures are proposed for their solutions and the perfection of the policy concerning cataloguing business contracts extended to outsiders.
