摘要
通过对DEB协调控制系统本质特征的深入分析,从指令信号间接平衡的角度,研究了DEB协调控制系统的优化问题。结合一个实际的工程项目,给出了基于Teleperm XP系统的330MW机组协调控制优化方案,设计了构成DEB协调控制系统的主要回路,并用DCS常规功能模块予以实现。系统投入运行后,机组协调控制系统的控制品质得到了明显的改善,机组能够较好地适应滑压方式运行及AGC控制。
According to deep analysis of DEB coordinated control system's innate character with firm's practical application from the indirect balanced angle of command signal, explores optimization problem of DEB coordinated control system. Combining a practical project, puts out an optimum plan to 330MW generating unit coordinated control on the basis of Teleperm XP system, designs the main circuit, which forms DEB coordinated control system, and realizes by DCS conventional function modular. After binging plan into service, control character of unit coordinated control system has obviously improvement, and unit can adapt to sliding pressure operation and AGC control better.
