摘要
火力发电厂中热控系统主要保护策略的完善与否直接关系发电机组的安全、经济运行。同时,由于测量设备在实际应用过程中现场高温、高压设备及高温环境的因素,测量精确性受到较大影响,从而直接影响到发电机组主要保护的可靠性,为发电机组的安全经济运行带来安全隐患。目前保护策略的选择在很大程度上主要依靠现行同行业通用方法并结合本企业实际情况依据经验来确定,缺乏必要的理论依据。本文旨在探索利用现阶段管理学领域先进的风险分析及决策理论方法解决电力生产中热控系统主要保护策略的选择问题。
The perfect of main protected strategy of heat control system in fuel electric plant directly related with generating unit's safety and economic operation. Due to the effect by factors of field high temperature and heavy pressure equipment and high temperature surrounding during practicing operation process, accuracy of measuring apparatus suffers deep influence that directly impacts on the main protected reliability of generating unit and brings incipient fault to economic safe operation of generating unit. Nowadays, selection of protection strategy depends on current general method of same trade and combines company's practical situation to decide by experience, which lacks necessary theory. Explores the solution for selective problem of main protection strategy of heat control system in electricity generation by advanced risk analysis and decision-making theory in the current management field.
